I’ve developed a customized template for a woocommerce and for filtering classes and taxonomies i take advantage of the WOOF – WooCommerce Merchandise Filter (paid model).
I contacted them as a result of when i load a URL with parameters to filter it does not filter something. But when i do it by clicking in filters it really works correctly.

I contacted them an their aswer is:
The issue is within the present template, it doesn’t hear the search question, or quite, third-party performance deletes the search question
However i do not undertand what may very well be lacking to overlook this querys within the loaded web page.
Is there any configuraton i am lacking?
